Refund Policy

Massage Therapy & Single Sessions

• A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required at the time of booking.

• This deposit secures your appointment and helps cover room hire costs.

• The deposit is deducted from the total cost of your session.

• The remaining balance is payable upon completion of your appointment.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to move your booking without losing your deposit.

• Cancellations or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit.

 
Nutrition Pathway (Monthly Plan)

• The Nutrition Pathway is £50 per month, paid upfront.

• Monthly payments are non-refundable, regardless of usage or cancellation mid-month.

• There is a minimum commitment of 3 months.

• After the initial 3-month period, you may cancel by providing 1 month's written notice via email.

• Access to services continues until the end of the final paid month after notice is given.
