Terms & Conditions

By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Massage Therapy Appointments

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: A £20 charge will apply to cover room rental costs.

  • No-shows: If you miss your appointment without notice, the full session fee will be charged.

  • Rescheduling: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may still incur the £20 room fee.

Exceptions
We take a compassionate view where possible. If you experience illness, an emergency, or other serious circumstances, please get in touch — fees may be waived at our discretion.

Lateness
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. This ensures we stay on time for all clients. Your treatment may be shorter as a result, but the full fee still applies.

Session Timing
Each appointment includes time for consultation, dressing, and undressing. This ensures the treatment is tailored to your needs and fits comfortably within your booked time.

2. The Nutrition Pathway – Monthly Membership

Commitment Period
When you join The Nutrition Pathway, you agree to a minimum commitment of 3 months. This helps create space for meaningful progress and continuity.

Ongoing Cancellations (after 3 months)
You may cancel your membership at any time after 3 months by providing at least 1 month's notice in writing (email is accepted). Your service will continue for one final billing cycle after your notice is received.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are made monthly in advance, at £50 per month.

  • Payments are non-refundable, regardless of attendance or usage.

Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a check-in session, please let us know as early as possible. Missed sessions without notice may not be rescheduled.

3. Deposits & Refunds

  • A non-refundable £20 deposit is required at the time of booking massage therapy appointments.

  • This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your session.

4. Website Use Terms

By using this website, you agree to the following:

  • You will not misuse, copy, or reproduce any content or branding from the site without permission.

  • Any personal data submitted through booking forms or contact forms is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We use anonymised website analytics (Google Analytics) to monitor site usage and improve the user experience.

What to include in the T&C document

Generally speaking, T&C often address these types of issues: Who is allowed to use the website; the possible payment methods; a declaration that the website owner may change his or her offering in the future; the types of warranties the website owner gives his or her customers; a reference to issues of intellectual property or copyrights, where relevant; the website owner’s right to suspend or cancel a member’s account; and much much more.
