Cancellation Policy

We know life doesn’t always run to schedule, but we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, a £20 charge will apply to cover the room rental fee. No-shows Missing your appointment without notice will result in the full service fee being charged. Exceptions We’ll always take a compassionate view. If something serious has come up — like an emergency or illness — just let us know. In some cases, we may waive the charge. Rescheduling If you need to move your appointment, please get in touch as early as you can. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’notice may still incur the £20 room fee. Lateness If you arrive late, your session will still end at the original finish time. This helps us stay on schedule and respect the time of other clients. Your treatment time may be shorter as a result. Session Timing Each session is designed to give you space to pause — it includes time for consultation, dressing, and undressing. This allows us to tailor your treatment and make sure everything fits comfortably within the time booked.
